Private Yoga Instruction with a Therapeutic Emphasis
Private sessions are an ideal way to participate more fully in your healing process, prepare yourself for group classes, begin a yoga practice, or to take an existing practice to a deeper level. In these sessions, yoga is personalized and a home practice is designed so the practitioner can practice more frequently.
If you have a health issue challenging you, I can work with you individually to create a personal home practice to address your specific therapeutic issues in a way that is personally relevant. These needs may be physical, emotional or spiritual in nature.
Applying the various tools of yoga complements medical care, physical therapy, or counseling and provides relief for a variety of conditions, including low back pain, scoliosis, cancer, digestive disorders, anxiety, depression, etc.
